As simple as first one, no route choices, no nothing. Lost about 15-20sec. at #3 - could not see the flag, it was kind of hidden or I would say hung too high underneath and inside ... so you would not see flag even from 2-3m away if you on the the ground level. | ||

| Barefoot on the beach, started with Clem, but he was way toooooo fast for me. Without any kind of training, it was really hard workout even at such slow pace. Knees held Okay, but hip started talking to me about at 50min. into the run. Slowed down for last 5 minutes. | ||
