Now I can finalize damage after rogaine.

1). Blisters on the bottom of my feet (front part). Gone in 2 days.
2). Right ankle was inflamed for 3-4 days. Almost gone in 5 days after icing daily. Still, ankle muscles hurt, but it's not achilles' tendon (I could feel it for more than half of rogaine last week, but I believe it was nothing coparing with developing bad blisters).
3). Knees. Left didn't recover 100%, I could feel some light (very light) pain )or discofort) during my beach run. Right, knee itself is Okay, but ... probably IT band or something in that area is not perfect anymore. Probably will go away soon. Need more time to recover.

In general, rogaine damage is not big and I hope it'll not affect my preparation for the September WRC. At least I'll be able walk for 24hr again. And I'me getting new pair of trail running shoes, this time they are not my favorite Salomon shoes. But first I have to try them on, then I'll decide if I'm going to keep them (could find in the REI store, so, ordered online).

Beach Running 35:00
Test run after last week rogaine. Bare feet running on the beach next to the water, sometimes ankle deep in the water. (5min. with Nicole but she gave up pretty quick).

Plus I was climbing up stairs for some time at the waterpark in Wildwood, NJ. Nice weather, hot, very hot inland with fresh breeze on the beach and really "coldish" wind at waterpark (it felt really cold after 2.5hr).
