Ski touring with Wild Rose group. Went to The Gorge in Revelstoke. Amazing terrain. Did 3x up mountain.

Morning swim. Right rotator cuff really hurts from Crossfit so did whole workout kick w/ fins. Calves were killing after!

Prairie Mtn - feeling good, perfect weather, great packed snow trail. Booted up in about 55min, then ripped down in 26min. Not sure its my fastest but felt great. Only ran a few steps on sec. 2 and then from top clump of trees to flag. Decided only to do one lap and then go home and bbq in gorgeous afternoon .... and a glass of wine. Soooo worth it!

Ski tour to Hidden Lake. Up road from parking lot to half way hut to hidden lake. Did four laps up hill beside hidden lake. AWESOME powder. Wow!! then ski out and bk down rd to car. Wicked day. Legs felt a lot better and I felt a lot stronger.

First ski tour of the year with Suzy & Monica. Did Commonwealth loop - in at trail head to Smuts, then over shoulder below Pig's tail and down backside. Then another couple laps up side of Pig's Tail ridge. I was bagged by the end! Awesome though.
