Plyometrics - damn I suck!!!! compared to the Bobsled & Downhill ski racers. Oh well def got better as session went on. Back was sore the next day.

Early morning HILLS! 6x hills. Lots of rolling stuff. One massive big hill with three steep pitches. Right knee/shin hurt had to stop twice and stretch. Other than that felt good & strong on the hills.

Run with Jackson to top of conservancy & back. Didn't feel like running at first from mtn bike this morning. But def got better as I went on

White Hills, AZ. Bike with Robert. 20miles of rolling hills and two big passes. Very rocky, narly terrain. Classic AR back roads. LOVED riding a 29'er. Felt surprisingly strong. Wore runners & used cages ... no pain in right knee so this is good!

Willow Beach to Arizona Hot Springs - Up river & then back down. Double kayak on way up. Single on way back down. On way back down did loops around other boats so added more distance & effort

Over-heated by end & hit wall. Physically could have done a tonne more but couldn't do the +35C temps.

Run - Fish Creek Park. Half pavement, half adventure run. I love how you can be in the middle of the city and still find some crazy-ass, steep, shrubby slope to scramble up. Then fall, get covered in mud and pop out onto the pavement looking all disarrayed .... to everyone's surprise. Hahahaa

Light run down flat paved road, walked fast up big hill & ran down. Right arch/heel was a little sensitive but no flashes. No weights tonight - unexpected friends dropped in for evening

Great run outside!! Up to gravel road, down to property for sale & back. Three good hills. Feeling some pain in my right heel and arch - flashes of sharp pain. Felt it for first 10min, then went away, then felt it in about last 10min.
