Bike from Kramer Mazda to work. Mac Tr west through Fish Creek park, north up 36th ave along Indian Reserve, around trails along Glenmore resevoir, over Glenmore bridge, along 5th to 1st SE. Fun times.

Bike 35:00 [3] 18.0 km (1:57 / km)

Bike back to Kramer down Blackfoot trail and in through houses.

Wicked run down gravel conservancy road. Ran up hill from ranch, around bend, down through valley, and up hill on far side. Ran to hill top where I could see Hwy 22x. Took Jackson on the run! Love running with him as he forces me to go faster every chance he gets. Good thing too because it got dark really quickly coming back and was almost pitch black in the valley floor of the conservancy. Too many cougars down there made me nervous so I jumped on his back and galloped up the field out of the valley to the hill top. The moon was bright up there so jumped down and ran the rest of the way home. Was 17km but figure I probably road him for 2km.
