Prairie Link Loop - again .... this time with my sister. Mostly walked, maybe about 20% run, and towed her. Good work out for both of us. Had snowed 2" since Nicki and I were there so pass was very slippery. And saw the biggest grizzle tracks I've ever seen.... which went for about 2km along the trail. Very unnerving except they were going to opposite way so we had already passed him.

BIG ASS BIKE TODAY!! Was motivated by Nicki's 60km run so did a huge loop from our house, around Millarville, out to where Hwy 22 & Hwy 22x meet, then back through Cross Conservancy to Ranch and home. 85.15 km!! Tonnes of huge rolling hills, gravel, 2-lane dirt track, and pavement. Low back really started to kill by the end - had to stop and stretch a couple times. Happy that legs were good & just kept peddlin.....

Biked to Ranch. Lots of rolling hills .... mostly up. Tried to keep high threshold, fast pace. Pushed on every hill. Felt great!
