Nice hike up Prairie after the run. Didn't go crazy but steady pace. Bit tender and slow coming down

Gravel road run. Hard to keep mind involved on flat ass gravel road. Ugh. Had to stop once on way back to stretch calves. Wore Newton runners and really focused on forefoot run. Probably why calves were screaming

Run around Fish Cr park. Starting at West end parking lot zigzag north side then south side. Either clay mud or ice. Bit scary. Not going back for awhile. But did keep running up and felt pretty good.

Swim. Did almost entire work out swim but had lots of kick in it anyhow. Shoulders ok but I feel weak in the water. No arms for a month is showing

Damn slow up Prairie!! Didn't feel like being there, was cold & blizzardy. Slogged up to 2nd narly tree above half way, then turned around. Had to get back for a B-day party and didn't leave time for whole thing

1000m time trial - bk kick with fins: 12:39.20
Awesome!!! Held 1:15 - 1:16's per 100 for kick!!! Legs just didn't die even though was breathing hard

Run Bragg Creek Loop with Mike & VJ. Great great run .... until decent on Rangers Ridge where I puked up my breakfast!! Then foot cramped on top. Damn.
