Gold Strike Canyon. Run down in, scramble out. So much fun!! Lots of big rocks to boulder up. LOVE THIS ONE!

White Hills, AZ. Bike with Robert. 20miles of rolling hills and two big passes. Very rocky, narly terrain. Classic AR back roads. LOVED riding a 29'er. Felt surprisingly strong. Wore runners & used cages ... no pain in right knee so this is good!

Willow Beach to Arizona Hot Springs - Up river & then back down. Double kayak on way up. Single on way back down. On way back down did loops around other boats so added more distance & effort

Scramble up through canyon to parking lot & back down with clients.
