Biked to Ranch. Lots of rolling hills .... mostly up. Tried to keep high threshold, fast pace. Pushed on every hill. Felt great!

Plyometrics - damn I suck!!!! compared to the Bobsled & Downhill ski racers. Oh well def got better as session went on. Back was sore the next day.

Early morning HILLS! 6x hills. Lots of rolling stuff. One massive big hill with three steep pitches. Right knee/shin hurt had to stop twice and stretch. Other than that felt good & strong on the hills.

Run 55:00 [3] 9.0 km (6:07 / km)

Run with Jackson to top of conservancy & back. Didn't feel like running at first from mtn bike this morning. But def got better as I went on
