-Sprint shuttle (8.25, 8, 7.5, 7.5, 7.25, 7.25, 7.25 laps)
-Bench press on floor (25, 21, 15, 14, 13, 12, 12 reps)
-Rocker abs
** should have done more warm-up before jumping into heavy squats
