Tractor tire carry - 80 yards

5 x max # of double-under skips (I SUCK!! ahhah)
-max was 3 in a row

8 x 20sec on/10 sec off
-Sprint shuttle (8.25, 8, 7.5, 7.5, 7.25, 7.25, 7.25 laps)
-Bench press on floor (25, 21, 15, 14, 13, 12, 12 reps)
-Rocker abs


** should have done more warm-up before jumping into heavy squats
