8x100 k w/ fins - 25 fly/hard, 25 free/mod
200 easy drill
5min stretch in hot tub

Physio - IMS on both calves and right PF
Wow!! Calves killed today .... very tight. PF feeling a lot better

Run around Fish Creek - bigger loop. Didn't feel full of energy but still kept moving really well and ran all the hills - granny gear style. Was good run. No foot pain. Wore new Salomon's - wow what a difference a new pair makes. Could run on pavement just fine.

Nice warm-up run around McHugh Bluff down to far end by C-Train and back. Felt great.
