Prairie Mtn - feeling good, perfect weather, great packed snow trail. Booted up in about 55min, then ripped down in 26min. Not sure its my fastest but felt great. Only ran a few steps on sec. 2 and then from top clump of trees to flag. Decided only to do one lap and then go home and bbq in gorgeous afternoon .... and a glass of wine. Soooo worth it!

Run around Fish Creek. Start at Mac Tr - stayed on steep tree side. VERY icy ... ate it hard once. Booted back along top on packed snow

Spin Class in Calgary. Only 35min class ... not worth $20!@# But fun and social so not worried

Run around Fish Creek park. Start at West end and did both sides of valley. Gorgeous out. Very icy!!
