Evening ride. Slow and easy. Just couldn't get that into it.

Feeling a little too good. Knee got real tight at the end. Maybe a little too long.

Strides down by the marsh. Feeling awesome. No sign of tightness in my knee as long as I pick my knees up high and keep the pace up.
