I did the Calgary Amazing Race with my family. It took us 6.5 hours although the youngest quite after about 3 hours of which I carried an 80 pound child on my shoulders for about 1.5 hours. After that Jackson and i ran and trekked for the final 3.5 hrs.

The event itself was a complete debacle. the first two checkpoints did not have the clues to send us to the next one and I ended up running back to the start to find out what was up. The next obstacle was a super dogs course at Princess Island park were they never did get the clue and just sent us all to the same check point. It sort of goes on from there. Great work out!

We did the O course 1.5 times after I lost my I phone. Great hilly course on Nose Hill.

I did the ropes course at sicamous with my boys. It was good fun and good training for my fear of heights. Not that intense though.

Work out on the bowflex. Reps of lat pulls, Rows, lunges, leg rows, suspended sit ups, back lifts, arm curls.
