hard hike up something that reminded me of the grouse grind. good hard pace on the way up and headed up to touch the glacier before turning around and running down. kicked some young athlete ass on the way down.

climb from the highway and skied up to the callaghan and around the trails for awhile. tired and extremely sweaty after ...say about 4 minutes

explored bike trails in whistler. fun run with team. met with vancouver team and played a long game of soccer in the evening. almost 2 hours in the heavy heat. legs will be tired

quick bike around redhead and little more to clear the legs. felt good but hot day again for climbing

oh how i love to ride with jonas. nothing better than going for a ride in the heat of the day. average temp was 37 and last climb was 43 degrees. that was the climb where just before jonas mentioned he was late and we needed to race home the last 10 km. good times
