rest day.
need to get myself sorted out - been too tired mentally and physically for a while now. not enough sleep, too many hundreds of things going on, no time to relax. too much running first two weeks of August, had rest week of first week back at school planned, but didn't recover as much in those 5 days as I wanted to.
