hill bounds on steep bit of road. fastish run down longer main road. 50 - 100m sprints on Argyle Street, slightly longer on very last one when went into the Ness as well
All slightly compromised by snow - uphills not too bad, downhills not too bad but being more careful than I would have liked, sprints rubbish for snow.
Downhill too long really, but didn't want to be going fast down the steep bit.
I'm logging this as 3 since it really wasn't as hard work as intervals - really good work out for legs and core, and was a bit out of breath by the top of the hill and the end of the sprints each time, but cardiovascularly nowhere near as tough as a standard ints session - but still tiring on the legs and core
