I love having the time to do some training twice in a day! almost feel like a proper athlete again.
along cycle path from Slack. borrowed Dave's Garmin, and as the track starts off slightly downhill, was running far too fast, trying to keep the same pace!
got as far as big bridge over gorge by 30 mins, turned round, then got a stitch 10 mins later.
monster interval session. 3 * 5 mins (2 mins easy); 3 * 4 mins (2 mins easy); 3 * 3 mins (1 min easy); 3 * 2 mins (1 min easy); 3 * 1 min (1 min easy). extra 1 min after 4 and 3 min blocks to get further back down the hill.
started at Burnside Hall, up and along top road. 3rd 3 mins had some downhill in it after going over the crest.
