bypass west for 15 mins then back. busy in afternoon so couldn't manage to go for longer.

29 weeks yesterday.
ankles and feet tired after Friday's run.

bypass West, bonfire, stables. slowed down by fat mutt as usual. he shoudl be highly embarrassed!

didn't enjoy the run today. felt far too tired - just wanted to stop and walk all the time. feeling big and heavy for the first time while running. also had a headache.

Heather's, squirrel wood, dreghorn, back along bypass, Sarah's wood, stables.

From Heather's, Buchstone track, Mortonhall, a few 100 m along the track to Liberton and back, arboretum, back.
admittedly an awful lot of it was walking, but I am carrying a fair amount of extra weight these days!

from Morrison's, Squirrel wood, Laverockdale, sheep field, squirrel wood again, to Heathers, then a bit of pushchair jogging on the way home to beat the rain!

feeling good again, I think only running 3 times a week for under an hour is good for me + sprog. going to try to keep going to 30 weeks at least.
