school to Tilli via Harviestoun and back, Hillfoot Hill Plus 3 extra top laps, top road to watershed and back home.
had a Garmin-user fail when I had to stop for a minute or two at the start of the top road - they'd closed it for resurfacing works, and there was a delivery van person needing to get through. stopped garmin OK, pressed save but then couldn't resume so had to start afresh.
Lovely tour of Scotland driving Dave to and from Lairig Ghru race. Had forgotten how beautiful Deeside and Speyside are.
Also made friends with the most adorable 4-month old collie puppy!

struggling from 2:30 onwards, but I think that was mainly because I didn't have enough water with me - only 500 ml.
d of e silver day 3 - all on my own, so walking fast
hard push up Grodwell Hill and Ben Cleuch from Grodwell Burn campsite, Andrew Gannel, then another hard push up Kings Seat
probably 2.5 - 3 hours walking in total
Had planned to do a long run today, but decided to have a rest instead. Finished marking at 11 am after several days of early starts, then had various reports to do on it, which it was good to get done, and then catching up on housework!
D of E training Day 2. Currie, Harbour Hill, Bonaly, Currie, fairly heavy rucksacks.
Legs definitely feeling it by the end of the day. Wed and today have been physically much more tiring than I was expecting. The group are fairly fit, which is fantastic.
