from school, Glenquey, Auchlinsky plus extra loop round Auchlinsky with Storm. not too many pauses as such, but on / off lead past some deer and again past some sheep, pick up poo, wait for him to bother coming through the gates etc
out for 2h10 in total

legs OK, just slow, until coming down Hillfoot Hill at end when r quad went very sore

Clacks end of cycle path, Slack, Forest Mill, Slack, towards Dunfermline, and back including Forest Mill section again.

quads really sore for middle hour - esp on downhill coming back from Oakley. eased off when it flattened out again at Devilla

actually feeling OK at the end other than sore legs. heart and lung fitness are good, stamina is good - just need my legs to hold out!

was intending to do a 10k tempo, but then met a lady I'd been looking for for weeks, so stopped to talk to her.
feeling good!

from Dollar station to Lovers Loan, turn round and back towards Tilli.

5k PB, helped by being downhill! - but did go twice over the stony bit by Euan's house, and had just done a 1.7k effort.

feeling good! trying hard, knackered at the end.

need to get myself sorted out - been too tired mentally and physically for a while now. not enough sleep, too many hundreds of things going on, no time to relax. too much running first two weeks of August, had rest week of first week back at school planned, but didn't recover as much in those 5 days as I wanted to.

Day 3 Silver, but basically a rest day for me. Walked in from Loch Moraig, but only went 3 km and then back to the car. Not very heavy rucksack either.
Utterly exhausted from too much going on and not enough sleep.
