canal after school. trying to run at 180 steps per minute and with good technique. however it meant I was trying harder than I wanted.
this is car to turn-around point.
then had 1min 30 ish rest

then did another fast 2 k (4'19, 4'41 (first one too fast))
and then 1'50 rest

then another 2k at decentish pace (5'02, 5'09)

legs feeling fine uphill, and noticeably better downhill - still didn't want to do a full stretch-out with right calf on the steeper downhills, but fine so long as I kept my stride reasonably short. flatter bits fine
