Ended up doing a bit of an interval session; a few sets of 100m hard, with rests in between for heavy panting
managed a few strokes of front crawl without drowning on my warm down

checking up on DofE groups in the Ochils.
fairly heavy bag - very heavy for running standards.
out for 4 hours in total, but lots of stops to wait for and speak to groups.
then walked home with R and E from Glensherrup - 8 k, 2h30 ish
don't feel as tired as I ought to, but that's probably because I was going so slowly.

Edit a couple of hours later: actually, I'm exhausted!

Part 1: on my own while bread was baking. Storm refused to leave the living room. Managed to get hit by a falling branch, luckily it was only small.
Part 2: in fields / track at bottom of Dollar. Forced Storm out of the door and he quite enjoyed it.
