didn't count laps. goggles leaking water (normal ones this time - not usually a problem) so trying to swim fast rather than for endurance, because of a few stops to reset goggles, but never more than a few seconds.

E wind so fast on way to Tilli, harder work into the wind on the way back
Think I'm trying too hard on the last 2.5k on these runs because of the uphill from the Sheardale Farm track to Prep School. Don't think I need to try so hard at this stage.

Unfortunately Mr Slowcoach was being his usual slow self at the start, and had a stop for a car and a slow bit for a dog.

struggled with this more than last week - hungry?

Also struggling with new goggles which were being annoying - they got a really good seal which then gave me a headache from too much tightness/pressure; or have a less good a seal and let in a bit of water. Couldn't get it right.

running OK quite a lot of the time, but stiff going down the hill at the start, and struggled on the way back up the hill at the end.
