Sports Day training with R and E relay and 75m practice felt much better doing full-on sprints than I have felt doing slow jogs the last couple of weeks!
Day 2 Silver. Grodwell burn to Tarmangie and back slowly with group. Then speedy Grodwell to three burns campsite and back, checking on Golds at campsite. All with medium rucksack.
Day 1 Silver. Peterhead to Grodwell, very heavy rucksack, slowly with group. Then Grodwell to Frandy campsite and back fast, no rucksack checking on Folds.
