I feel I need a new training type to distinguish between running pushing a double pushchair with two heavy girls in it (although sometimes just Emma) and normal, enjoyable running. I think pushing the pushchair might result in injury, despite trying not to run uphill with it.
10 mins to and from church - walking up the hills.
25'50 or 26'50 to top of Allermuir, trying hard. can't remember which time it was!
30 mins jog over Caerketton and back home.
56 or 57 mins total for afternoon run
7 * 70 - 75 secs, over 2 minute interval, so 50 - 45 secs recovery. basically a circuit of the park from bottom r to bottom l, jog / walk along bottom as recovery.
