foot great first thing this morning, then felt bad after taking Rufus out and going to nursery and back. had to run there. then foot feeling better again by end of day - not sore but creaky going to Brownies and back.

foot felt good this morning, but rubbish (really achey) after taking Rufus to Hillend. I think that the unevenness there doesn't help - can't get into a stride patttern, foot is often at an angle...
