Glenquey to far end, then up Innerdownie. Had planned to go on to Whitewisp but loads of ice in Glenquey and didn't want to risk getting injured, so came straight down to reservoir from top of Glenquey and back over Maiden's Well.
Very slow due to avoiding ice, and tired legs from yesterday.
2 sets of 4* 3 mins hard, 2 mins jog. 1 extra minute in between sets to get back down the hill.
on the steep path going up from the sheepfold heading up to Castle Hill.
12 * hills of about 62 - 65 secs, from start of Hillfoot Hill track to layby up the road.
longer to get down because the finish was slightly downhill, so once you've got to the stopping point it takes a few metres to actually stop running.
A gorgeous day in the Ochils for anyone who enjoys ploughing through soft deep snow. I don't.
From school, KS, Tarmangie, WW. ankle deep all the way apart from when it was knee, thigh or waist deep. Rolled down a drift coming down Tarmangie because it was too deep to walk through.
Glad to have done it though.
