feeling far from bouncy. I suspect that the 6 lb I've managed to put on over the winter has something to do with it, also first proper hill-run in a while.
saw my fox on the descent to the 3 streams, it was standing still looking down the valley, then legged it down over the stream and up Tarmangie very quickly.
