randomly exactly same time as yesterday. various laps of Hillfoot Hill while singing Joseph in my head. didn't seem as hard work as yesterday, although legs tired.

top road, Muckhart Primary, Woodlands, Crook of Devon, Fossoway primary, along path towards Drum, then back again some route with diversion along Muckhart path to coronation hall and a bit further.
getting very slow towards the end, hadn't taken any food.
