took Dave's Garmin out which always makes me run faster (while getting depressed at how slow I now am, boo hoo)
Ended up trying harder and harder a bit like a progression
Top road, Muckhart, Kirkhill, primary school, golf course to just before it drops down to main road, turn round and do same route backwards.
Stopped trying hard at junction of main road / top road.
Feeling tired for first half but seemed to be able to put in more effort at end (psychologically once I had decided how long to do it for and had then got half way)
