Annual rheumatology check-up. I have official medical permission to run! Hooray! And that was even after admitting to 2+ hour runs!

parked at Muckhart, followed reservoir path round towards Glendevon, ran a bit of the Day 1 route, back to Burnfoot, Seamab, back to Muckhart.
loads of gates and stiles! grassy paths, sometimes a bit overgrown - not a route for fast times.
feeling tired this morning, but took it very steady and was OK

canal run, steady / hard for 7 k. managed to get pacing right this week: 5 k in a row at 4'39, '38, '40, '38, '39. trying hard but feeling OK at that pace, ie didn't have to stop half-way because of going too fast.
