laps of bottom bit of Law Hill while girls built dens etc
back of knee tight - wore tubigrip yesterday which definitely helped the front feel better yesterday, but it might irritate the back of the knee
no clunking in the back of the knee though
loads of swelling on the front and probably inside as well
didn't feel as good as Monday, but not as bad as last Friday

knee still very swollen - getting annoyed at it now.

morning run without Storm, on railway starting at station towards Tilli and back
knee felt much much better!
Hamstring getting a bit tight on way back, but that could well be because of hamstring strengthening exercises or just because I was running a lot faster than normal.
Only real pain was right at the end coming up from the station platform when I got a sharp pain at bottom of knee (jumper's knee) when trying to push off from my toes for an uphill running motion.
running faster than intended.

zoom physio appointment.
She thinks there is a bit of patello-femoral irritation and bursitis, and the pain at the back of the knee is probably a tendon jumping over an inflamed bursa. Possible minor tear in the miniscus as well, but she wasn't too worried about that.
Strengthening exercises to do, and can run for up to 40 mins every third day on the flat.

left leg hadn't been as good after yesterday's run, so having an easier day.
main problem seems to be at back of knee now

so looking forward to being able to go for a run somewhere else!!

more of a proper run with Storm, although being very careful of knee
knee OK ish so long as I kept it tracking straight.
it waas better in the morning when walking around the house compared to what it was like yesterday morning - its slightly better each day.
will see how it feels tomorrow morning after this

left leg and knee better than on Saturday, but still not great.

left knee swollen: lots of icing and a tubigrip
left calf and very lowest bit of hamstring also bad.
did what circuits I could without aggravating it.

Also started the Guide Meditation badge with the girls, which mainly seems to involve falling asleep on the sofa - perfect!

rushed down the track at the end, worried that I would get locked out with Dave and the girls going cycling
left leg (knee, calf, back of knee) not at all happy
