morning run without Storm, on railway starting at station towards Tilli and back
knee felt much much better!
Hamstring getting a bit tight on way back, but that could well be because of hamstring strengthening exercises or just because I was running a lot faster than normal.
Only real pain was right at the end coming up from the station platform when I got a sharp pain at bottom of knee (jumper's knee) when trying to push off from my toes for an uphill running motion.
