faffing around trying to find an off-road route from Burnside Hall to Law Hill, but failed, ended up wading through fields of long grass and buttercups. saw a hare, a rabbit and a deer.
then ran to Muckhart on paths and back on road / Hillfoots road.
foot is better the more I run (or hobble more accurately - but bits of today were almost normal gait!)
