Rheumatology appointment at Larbert, met my new consultant. He's very nice, and I dared to ask about running. Answer: "Why not? Give it a go and if it's OK, then that's fine. If it's not OK, then don't." He seemed surprised that Western General had been so negative.
Fantastic! So I'm now allowed to run officially!
