still got lots of gunk in my nose, though feeling OK, so didn't want to do anything too strenuous.
So, explored up the Burn of Sorrow, staying high. then back over King's Seat, and a bit extra up Glen Quey. took it quite easy,
with Garmin. 5 * 5 mins, 1 min recovery, aiming for 4'40 pace. Managed 4'40 for the first 3 no problem, then it got a lot harder to even get 4'45 / 4'50, partly because of going slightly uphill, but mainly because I was knackered!
