So, explored up the Burn of Sorrow, staying high. then back over King's Seat, and a bit extra up Glen Quey. took it quite easy,

Got a bit of a cold, but it was too nice to not do a run. Also, Emma's at Rebecca's for lunch, so got to make the most of it!

with Garmin. 5 * 5 mins, 1 min recovery, aiming for 4'40 pace. Managed 4'40 for the first 3 no problem, then it got a lot harder to even get 4'45 / 4'50, partly because of going slightly uphill, but mainly because I was knackered!
