Hillfoot hill with twice round the top bit. Went clockwise which is definitely faster for coming downhill than anti-clockwise. Pleased with the time! Trying hard all the way from bottom of Merlin Park.

a run that got longer as it went on. Started off from school with intention of up and down King's Seat; then halfway up decided to go round Tarmangie and WW as well, then at top of KS decided to do the Maddie Moss loop.
back round the road since no back door key.
not trying particularly hard.
