Note

Lovely tour of Scotland driving Dave to and from Lairig Ghru race. Had forgotten how beautiful Deeside and Speyside are.
Also made friends with the most adorable 4-month old collie puppy!

both Achilles / lower calves tight and sore from yesterday, struggling to run at first. Eased off at start of run with Tracey.

running 2:44:30 [3] 27.8 km (5:55 / km) +700m 5:15 / km

school to Tilli and back via Harviestoun, Hillfoot hill with 2 extra laps of top section, top road.
struggling from 2:30 onwards, but I think that was mainly because I didn't have enough water with me - only 500 ml.
