was sensible and kept to a jog today. foot still sore on uphills

tempo round outside of school grounds at maybe 80%
from outside Sophie's house, full lap, finish at bottom Thornbank corner near to St James.
edit: discovered that I didn't cover the strava segment properly - fail! Need to do it again tomorrow now I know where the start and finish is...!

definitely better than yesterday but tired jogging up the hill - at least I was jogging it with out a problem though - yesterday I walked the steep bit.

r toes a bit sore on uphill... OK on downhill / flat
It's def steep uphill they don't like, when I'm on really running on tiptoe

checking on Dollar D of E groups day 2. Went with running rucksack today. Still very windy, but at least the rain had stopped. Out for 3hrs 40 in total.
r toes very sore going up Kings Seat and Andrew Gannel. took shoe off and stretched them out a bit after AG and were then fine, no problem jogging around the top of AG and up KS and back home

horrendous weather, spent a lot of time up on Maddy Moss covering rough terrain. utterly knackered by the time I got back!
Away from the car for 5 and a half hours in total
