from Slack: no warm-up, seemed to start running fast from the off.
3k (downhill), 2k (mainly up), 1k (up), 3k (down)
approx. 1 min rest in between.
ran 4th kilometre far too quickly (4'23) and paid for it thereafter.

Glenquey / Auchlinsky
felt I was running well.
Had to stop twice to remove stones from my shoe that had got in through a hole in the side.
Slipped on the bridge, despite going slowly knowing it was wet, landed heavily on my bottom and whacked my calf off the edge of the bridge. OK to keep running after a minute or two, but it might seize up.
Running fairly hard
Absolutely starving!

Hillfoot hill. an inch of snow at the top, more where it had drifted. Managed to hit a sunny window in between blizzards, still very windy.
left Achilles has been dodgy for last week or so, from wearing road trainers too much. fine today for first half, then started getting sore on downhill sections
