plodding along fairly slowly, but OK.

14k tempo. steady effort throughout, putting in a lot of effort at end to keep the pace up, especially since last half had some uphill.
legs feeling better than last two days - running in the morning is always better!
route: from home, Back Road, Bryanston, Tilli, back up the railway to Lovers Loan, up Lover's Loan, past school, back streets, bit more railway, bit more back streets. Overall downhill, but don't think the downhill to the school is actually much help.
