Clacks end of cycle path, Slack, Forest Mill, Slack, towards Dunfermline, and back including Forest Mill section again.

quads really sore for middle hour - esp on downhill coming back from Oakley. eased off when it flattened out again at Devilla

actually feeling OK at the end other than sore legs. heart and lung fitness are good, stamina is good - just need my legs to hold out!

railway from a bit beyond water fountain to Dollar station.
was intending to do a 10k tempo, but then met a lady I'd been looking for for weeks, so stopped to talk to her.
feeling good!

running 22:13 [5] 5.0 km (4:27 / km)

from Dollar station to Lovers Loan, turn round and back towards Tilli.

5k PB, helped by being downhill! - but did go twice over the stony bit by Euan's house, and had just done a 1.7k effort.

feeling good! trying hard, knackered at the end.

jog from car to start of intervals, jog back to car, 26 mins warm down with Storm

4 * Tilli - Alva. Moderate W wind. Only doing 4 so able to go slightly faster; also not carrying water rucksack. shorter rests again (2, 2, 3 mins) absolutely starving though.
