from house, Tilly, Alva, along main road in Alva to avoid steep climb, up road by the burn, roaod along back of Cochrane Park, got to 12k, turn round and home again. trying hard by the end, including up the hill at the end

with andy from ballet. legs feeling surprisingly OK!

strong W wind. legs OK once they got going, but seemed to low down again towards the end.

feeling good on what should have been the first 4 min one so kept going to get the 5 over and done with. Did a 4'14 k at the start of that one, so tried to get a 4'10 (PB) or better on the next 4 min - did 4'16 - already swimming in lactate! Then ground my way through the rest of the session knackered and full of lactate
