found a shortish but fairly steep hill with 100m flattish at the top.
legs still feeling tired - OK on hillbounds but knackered on the sprints

Devilla with Storm. not feeling anywhere as good as last Saturday, despite being much fresher on paper.
more climb and on muddy tracks rather than tarmac makes some difference, but legs definitely less keen to go.
includes 10 * 100m sprints with 100m recovery

did hillbounds on steeper sections, jogged flatter ones. no downhill or sprints.
