afternoon run after helping at coffee morning in morning.
lovely and warm, lots of stops at streams for Storm

canal after school. after first k, feeling good on W direction. actually felt really good running. Had 1 hour before needing to collect girls, so ran for 30 mins (at approx. 4'50), then "I'll just add on a minute or two" turned into 5, so ran faster on the way back (at approx. 4'37s average) - hard enough to feel tired by the end, but not racing.
