from Glensherrup carpark: Innerdownie, skirted round back of Whitewisp, Tarmangie, Ben Shee ridge but cut down to valley before Ben Shee, across the dam and back to carpark with Storm
really really tired!

feeling good for a change! Very nice to run on the flat and without a dog.
just avoided getting a stitch after scoffing 2 bananas, a nutrigrain and a cup of tea 20 mins beforehand
