feeling much better than Friday, but still more tired than I would like. 2 really good sleeps have definitely helped - just need more!

canal run after school, but parked at HW, so a few roads to cross and some uphill from the canal to HW at the end
fairly strong NW wind
feeling awful - still really tired, legs didn't want to go. Very annoying since I hoped to feel nice and fresh
