felt OK to start with, but quickly got very tired and ran out of energy despite a bar and a gel
legs also telling me they'd done enough over the last 5 days - I shouldn't have tried so hard on Saturday, and I didn't realise that a massage counted as a hard session.

after Angela's comments yesterday, had decided to do a flat run, but it was freezing in the valley and much warmer up the hill! so compromised with half a session of hill bounds, not putting in too much effort, and no sprints

she said not to do a hard session tomorrow, since a massage counts as a hard session, which I hadn't realised. explains why my legs always feel rubbish after a massage, when I'd expected them to feel brilliant!
