legs tired again.
then went orienteering with Emma, mostly at a walk, and legs far too tired / heavy to run...

run on the flat bit of railway
fairly fast but not too hard
legs still a bit tired, sluggish, but better than Tues / Wed
need to de-stress! - too much stress in life / school etc!

strides: 10 * 20 paces, then 5 * 100m since 20 paces didn't seem very much
legs feeling heavy and tired, so cut down all the rest of planned jogging time
