left side of left knee sore in the night whenever I moved. thought it might be a tight ITB so did some stretching at 2:30 am. very tight ITB, glutes and lower back.

eased off during the day, so tried a run - could have jogged slowly for longer, but feeling quite tired so it seemed better to have a rest and do more stetching

backwards of run earlier in the week
tired legs!

Falkland with Storm including clambering down the steep way from the monument
legs very stiff to start with!

law hill from the house, no Storm
meant to stick to the road, but it was getting a bit icy
lovely sunshine on top of law hill, haar right across the Forth valley

run with Storm from Glensherrup carpark - Innerdownie / Ben Shee loop
feeling much better after rest day yesterday, although quads starting to feel tired again towards end

didn't sleep well due to tired legs, so decided to give them a rest
